I’m twenty eight. I think our generation doesn’t work hard enough—I’m okay with working 16-18 hour days because you know, this is the time you’re supposed to, before you settle down and have a family. This is the time you kill yourself and work those long hours and have fun while you’re doing it. If you’re doing something you love, do it at your utmost.
I always tell people that when you’re an entrepreneur or when you open a business, it’s [like] you have a career versus having a job. They’re two very different things. When you have a career you feel guilty when you’re not working because everything you do can be considered work. Your work is part of your persona. I make this blog to share about my experience about cuisinart, to make people understand about how to get a perfect dish for their meal.
