Madison Farms to Schools Program Grows With the new processing facility at the Madison Farms Value Added Center, much of the produce that is being packaged at the value added center is being sold to local schools such as Madison County Schools, Mars Hill College, and Asheville City Schools.  The program goals reflect the national initiative to restore the relationship between the farm and the community.
